According to Statistics Estonia, the percentage change of the consumer price index in December 2007 compared to December 2006 was 9.6%.
The price change was as follows:

At the same time administered prices changed 10.5% and non-administered prices 9.3%.
The index was mainly influenced by the increase in the prices of milk, cereals and meat products, as well as by the increase in the prices of heat energy, heating materials and motor fuel.
On average, the prices of goods and services in December 2007 were 0.7% higher than in November 2007.
In December 2007 compared to November the consumer price index was mainly influenced by the increase in the prices of diary and meat products and cereals, as well as by the increase in the prices of heat energy and motor fuel.
