In December 2007 compared to November, the percentage change of the producer price index was 0.7% and compared to December 2006 8.7%.
In December compared to November, the producer price index was mainly influenced by the increase in prices in energy supply and in the manufacture of food and beverages. Compared to December 2006 the increase in prices was the highest in the manufacture of food and beverages.

The percentage change of the export price index in 2007 compared to the average of 2006 was 7.5%. In December 2007 the percentage change in the export price index was 0.5% compared to November 2007 and 7.4% compared to December 2006.
The percentage change of the import price index in 2007 compared to the average of 2006 was 3.4%. In December 2007 the percentage change in the import price index was 0.7% compared to November 2007 and 4.9% compared to December 2006.
