Production of industrial output and energy, October 2011
According to Statistics Estonia, in October 2011, the production of industrial enterprises grew 2% compared to the same month of the previous year. The annual growth of industrial production was smaller than in the previous month. The slowdown of the growth was most of all influenced by the production of electronic products and energy.

According to Statistics Estonia, in 2010, the production of electricity of Estonian power stations totalled nearly 13,000 gigawatt-hours, which is about a half more than a year earlier. The production of other types of fuels also increased.

According to Statistics Estonia, in July 2011 the production of industrial enterprises grew 23% compared to the same period of the previous year. The growth of production was mostly influenced by manufacturing of electronic products.

If at the beginning of the year the production grew around 30%, then in May and June the growth of industrial production slightly slowed down compared to the same month of the previous year.
