Procedure for Protection of Data Collected and Processed by Statistics Estonia

Section 48 of the current Official Statistics Act (RT I 2010, 41, 241) stipulates that the Procedure for Protection of Data Collected and Processed by Statistics Estonia, which has been established pursuant to subsection 8 (6) of the previous version of the Official Statistics Act (RT I 1997, 51, 822; 2010, 22, 108), shall apply until the regulation referred to in subsection 34 (6) of the current Official Statistics Act has entered into force.
