The sixth Agricultural Census will be conducted in Estonia from 1 September to 15 November. Agricultural holdings where there is at least one hectare of utilised agricultural land or where agricultural products are produced mainly for sale are under observation.
e-Census: from 1 September to 1 October
All legal persons and all natural persons who have registered as users of Statistics Estonia's electronic data transmission channel eSTAT before 19.07.2010 can submit data electronically via eSTAT during this period.
Natural persons who have not joined eSTAT can submit data via eSTAT's personal survey environment from 1–10 September.
Interviews based on Census questionnaires: from 15 September to 15 November
Agricultural holdings of natural persons not registered in eSTAT, who have not submitted their data to Statistics Estonia in e-Census for 10 September will be visited by the interviewer of Statistics Estonia from 15 September to 15 November.
