In 2000, Statistics Estonia published data on the supervision of the quality of food products, water and health safety. Later on, Statistics Estonia has not published such data anymore.
Estonian Environmental Inspectorate collects statistics on environmental supervision and publishes the data (only in Estonian) on their homepage www.kki.ee.
Estonian Veterinary and Food Board collects statistics on the supervision of food safety and publishes the data on their homepage: http://www.vet.agri.ee/?op=body&id=315
