Regional Statistics of Estonia 2004 ISSN 1406-1856 Bilingual: Estonian and English The yearbook provides data on the territory, environment, education, culture, public health, social protection, crime, household income and expenditure, labour market, wages and salaries, land stock, agriculture, industry, construction, transport, communications, tourism, trade, local budgets, etc. for 2004 (some economic indicators for 2003). Statistics are presented mainly by counties. In most topics the data on Tallinn have been presented separately under Harju county. Some social and economic statistics are provided by five regions. The information is presented in overviews of the topics, as well as in diagrams providing comparisons of regions and in tables including data on regions. Contains a chapter on regional statistical data of the neighbouring countries. Addressed to a wide range of users. Regional statistics are also presented in the Regional Development Database under the heading “Statistics”.
