The Statistical Office provides different services to the user of statistics ― the request for information, the order for information, ordering of news release and publication notification, ordering of statistical publication, consultation on availability of the statistics of the European Union countries, granting data subjects access to data concerning themselves and contact centre of respondents. A standard of services has been compiled for each type of service. The standard informs of services provided to the user of statistics, the time limit for answers, and conditions for receiving statistical information and what is done if conditions are not satisfied.
There is information on the procedure for making complaints and suggestions. The main objective of the implementation of standards of services is to get the opinions and feedback from clients, which should significantly improve the quality of service.
