According to Statistics Estonia, in June 2012, exports of goods from Estonia increased by 7% at current prices and imports to Estonia by 14% compared to June of the previous year. Faster growth in imports compared to exports increased also the trade deficit.

The feedback highlighted strong statistical legislation in Estonia, the agency’s role in data governance and consistent work to improve the quality of databases and questionnaires.

According to Statistics Estonia, in September 2021, the consumer price index changed by 1.2% compared to August 2021 and by 6.6% compared to September 2020. Goods were 4.6% and services 10.4% more expensive than in September last year.
