Since 1996 the Statistical Office conducts reputation surveys and user surveys. The survey is conducted at least once a year, the existing as well as potential consumers are interviewed. The aims of user surveys are: to find out the reputation of the Statistical Office among consumers, to find out the need for statistical information, to study the consumers’ preferences in using various statistical products, to get the necessary information for production development. The results of the surveys are applied for better serving the consumers, as well as in improvement of products. Surveys 2021
