According to Statistics Estonia, exports of goods increased by 17% and imports by 23% in 2022 compared with 2021. In December 2022, both exports as well as imports remained at the level of 2021.

The annual growth of industrial production was smaller than in the previous month. The slowdown of the growth was most of all influenced by the production of electronic and metal products.
