Today, on 1 August, Statistics Estonia launches the Foreign Visitors Survey at the border crossing points of Estonia. The survey will be held until the middle of September and aims to determine the expenditures incurred by foreign visitors in Estonia, their travel motivation and behaviour, and satisfaction.

According to Statistics Estonia, in June 2013, the production of industrial enterprises increased by 5% compared to June of the previous year. The growth in the production was most of all influenced by the manufacture of electronic products, and production of electricity and peat.

According to Statistics Estonia, in November 2009 compared to November of the previous year, the production of industrial enterprises decreased 14%.
