According to Statistics Estonia, in September 2010, exports of goods from Estonia amounted to 13.2 billion kroons (841 million euros) and imports to Estonia totalled 13.5 billion kroons (860 million euros) at current prices. The turnover of exports was on a similar level last in October 2008.

In January, imports were at the lowest level of the recent years

According to Statistics Estonia, in May 2012, exports of goods from Estonia decreased by 8% at current prices and imports to Estonia remained on the same level compared to May of the previous year. A small decrease in exports was also influenced by the record high basis in May of the previous year. Compared to April this year, the trade increased in May.

According to Statistics Estonia, in October 2014, both the exports and imports of goods increased by 5% at current prices compared to October of the previous year. The increase in exports and imports was mostly influenced by the trade of electrical equipment and mineral products.

According to Statistics Estonia, in October 2016, the exports of goods increased by 2% and imports by 3% compared to October of the previous year. Compared to October 2015, the exports of goods of Estonian origin increased by 3% and re-exports, i.e. the exportation of goods imported from a foreign country, stayed at the same level.

According to the preliminary data of Statistics Estonia, in September 2009 exports of goods from Estonia amounted to 9.3 billion kroons at current prices and imports to Estonia made up 10.1 billion kroons. This year imports exceeded the level of 10 billion kroons for the first time.
