According to Statistics Estonia, the gross domestic product (GDP) of Estonia grew 4.2% in the 3rd quarter of 2019 compared to the same period of the previous year. The Estonian GDP was 7 billion euros at current prices.

The statistics cover companies liable to VAT and self-employed persons who have submitted a VAT return. Data are presented for three time periods. Decline in industrial production accelerated in April

According to Statistics Estonia, in April 2023, the total production of industrial enterprises decreased by 15.1% at constant prices compared with the corresponding month of 2022. Output fell in all three sectors: by 22.0% in electricity production, by 14.7% in manufacturing, and by 9.1% in mining.
