According to the preliminary estimate of Statistics Estonia, in November 2025, the harmonised index of consumer prices (HICP), which includes the expenditures of tourists, decreased by 0.5% compared with October. Compared with November last year, the HICP rose by 4.7%. This is a flash estimate, which will be refined once more detailed data on November prices are received.

Since July 2009, the decrease in retail sales has been relatively stable compared to the same month of the previous year.

According to Statistics Estonia, in October 2009 113,000 foreign tourists stayed in accommodation establishments, which was 3% more than in the same month of the previous year.
