I. Rahva ja eluruumide loenduse korraldamine 1. Rahva ja eluruumide loendus (edaspidi loendus) toimub 31. märtsist – 9. aprillini 2000. aastal (edaspidi loenduse aeg). Loendusmoment on kell 00.00 ööl vastu 31. märtsi 2000. aastal. Loendusega kogutavad andmed ajastatakse loendusmomendile. 2.
