According to Statistics Estonia, in the third quarter of 2021, the Dwelling Price Index increased by 3.4% compared to the second quarter of 2021 and by 17.3% compared to the third quarter of 2020.
In November 2021, the producer price index of industrial output, which expresses changes in the producer prices of industrial goods manufactured in Estonia for the domestic market and for export, increased by 1.1% compared to October 2021 and by 19.1% compared to November 2020.
In September 2021, the producer price index of industrial output, which expresses changes in the producer prices of industrial goods manufactured in Estonia for the domestic market and for export, increased by 2.8% compared to August 2021 and by 19.2% compared to September 2020.
According to Statistics Estonia, in the fourth quarter of 2023, the gross domestic product (GDP) decreased by 2.7% compared with the same period of 2022. The GDP at current prices was 9.9 billion euros in the fourth quarter. In 2023 as a whole, Estonia’s GDP decreased by 3% and amounted to 37.7 billion euros at current prices.
According to Statistics Estonia, in the second quarter of 2021, the Dwelling Price Index increased by 16.1% compared to the same quarter of 2020 and by 2.6% compared to the first quarter of this year.

According to Statistics Estonia, in May, the consumer price index increased by 1.9% compared to April, and by 20.0% compared to May 2021. Goods were 15.7% and services 28.8% more expensive than in May last year.
