According to Statistics Estonia, in the 1st quarter of 2017, the Dwelling Price Index changed by -0.1% compared to the 4th quarter of 2016 and by 7.7% compared to the 1st quarter of 2016.

In the second quarter of 2022, Estonian residents travelled much more than in the second quarter of last year: the number of domestic trips grew by 45% and the number of outbound trips by 319%, that is, over three times.
According to Statistics Estonia, the Dwelling Price Index increased by 4.7% in 2016 compared to the average of 2015. In the annual comparison, the prices of apartments increased by 4.5% and the prices of houses by 5.4%.
