“Last year, the average number of museum visits per person in Estonia was 1.9. The highest museum attendance was seen in Saare and Lääne counties, where there were respectively 4.1 and 3.9 museum visits per person. According to Statistics Estonia, the average monthly gross wages and salaries in the second quarter of 2024 were €2,007, which is 7.2% higher than in the same quarter the year before. The median wages were €1,641 in the second quarter of this year and €1,524 in the same quarter of 2023.

“Looking at the wage change trend, wage growth is still slower now than in 2023,” said Sigrid Saagpakk, analyst at Statistics Estonia.
