Statistical thresholds In 2025, the statistical threshold for the dispatches of goods is 350,000 euros (last year, it was the same). 30% of the enterprises whose submission deadline for the comprehensive annual questionnaire for enterprises (EKOMAR) was Friday, 1 July submitted the questionnaire by the deadline. At Wednesday’s meeting with enterprises submitting EKOMAR questionnaires, Statistics Estonia explains the importance of the collected data to enterprises and hopes to improve data collection in cooperation with them.

Robert Müürsepp, the national accounts team lead at Statistics Estonia, said that the fourth quarter marked the end of 10 quarters of recession. “The last time the GDP grew was in the first quarter of 2022,” Müürsepp noted. In the third quarter, the total production value of Estonian construction enterprises was 1,127 million euros, including 686 million euros’ worth of building construction and 441 million euros’ worth of civil engineering.
