The number of tourists in accommodation establishments increased in October

According to Statistics Estonia, in October 2022, Estonian accommodation establishments served nearly 270,000 tourists, which is 19% more than in October last year. The number of foreign tourists* rose, while the number of domestic tourists fell.

The 2025 survey consists of two parts: the core survey, which is part of the fourth wave of the European Union Health Interview Survey and part of the official statistical programme; 18 additional voluntary questions that specify Estonia's needs in shaping health policy. According to the second estimates of Statistics Estonia, the gross domestic product (GDP) of Estonia increased 1.3% in the 3rd quarter of 2016 compared to the 3rd quarter of the previous year.
