According to Statistics Estonia, in 2011, 3,709 persons immigrated into Estonia and 6,214 persons emigrated from Estonia. Compared to the previous year, immigration as well as emigration increased.

The repair and reconstruction work price index covers office buildings. Ülo Paulus, leading analyst at Statistics Estonia, said that the increase in the construction price index in 2025, compared with the average of 2024, was primarily
