According to Statistics Estonia, in July, the consumer price index increased by 1.9% compared to June, and by 22.8% compared to July 2021. Goods were 17.7% and services 33.1% more expensive than in July last year.

According to Statistics Estonia, in the 2nd quarter of 2019, the dwelling price index changed by 0.9% compared to the 1st quarter and by 5.8% compared to the 2nd quarter of 2018.

According to the preliminary data of Statistics Estonia, in 2011 the total profit of the business sector was 2.8 billion euros, which is 40% more than the year before. The enterprises last earned a similar total profit in 2006 and 2008.

Statistics Estonia wishes to make the transmission and reporting of data more automatic in order to decrease the data submission burden of enterprises. We have prepared guidelines for those who wish to start using the statistical database API or to use their business software for data-based reporting, a project created to decrease the administrative burden by enabling automatic data exchange.
