According to Statistics Estonia, in the second quarter of 2022, the total production value of Estonian construction enterprises in Estonia and abroad decreased by 1.4% year on year at constant prices. Considering only the Estonian construction market, the construction volume fell by 1.8%.

According to Statistics Estonia, in 2021, life expectancy at birth was 77.2 years in Estonia. Male life expectancy was 72.8 years and female life expectancy was 81.4 years. Life expectancy has decreased for both men and women. Men can expect to live disability-free for 54.9 years and women for 58 years.

According to the revised data of Statistics Estonia, 1,324,820 persons lived in Estonia on 1 January 2019, which is 5,687 persons more than at the same time a year earlier. According to Statistics Estonia, there were almost 6,600 job vacancies in the enterprises, institutions and organisations of Estonia in the 4th quarter of 2015. The number of job vacancies decreased by 25.5% compared to the previous quarter and by 8.4% compared to the 4th quarter of 2014. In 2015, the number of job vacancies was the largest in the 2nd and 3rd quarters.
